We now have a New Cisco WebEx Conference Room

Room will normally open 15 minutes before the conference.
The new Cisco Webex room will allow connections form Mac computers, ipads and most mobile devices.

The room will not let you in until the host has entered, but if you are new to webex, you maybe asked to configure your machine, so this may take a few minutes depending on your connection speed. Once the host has joined, you will be allowed to enter the room.
